Continuation On How To Ease Heartburn Symptoms

To ease the heartburn symptoms avoid foods that give you heartburn. Avoid coffee and  other caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Avoid citrus fruits and tomato products, chocolate, fatty foods and  spicy foods such as pizza, chili, curry and onions. Avoid aspirin, tension and stress. Eat healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits. Rest and relax if needed.
