Sometimes if we are busy we eat too fast. We are very eager to finish the foods we eat because we are out of time. We forgot to chew the foods property. It is not good because chewing is vital to digestion. We need to chew the foods properly to have a good digestion. It breaks down the food we eat into small pieces. It increase the surface area for our enzymes and gastric juices to work on. It will make our digestive system works easier and you can get vitamins on it. It is also advisable to us to eat more fruits and vegetables. Do exercise everyday and stay healthy all the time.
