We all know that hand washing is very important to us especially during cold season. We need to wash frequently and properly. Parents and teachers should teach the little children the proper way of hand washing. Well, just follow the following 10 steps of hand washing.

1. First turn on the faucet and wet hands and wrists.

2. Be sure to use sufficient amount of soap.

3. Lather soap and scrub your hands well, palm to palm.

4. Scrub in between and around your fingers

5. Scrub back of each hand with palm of other hand

6. Scrub fingers of each hand in opposite palm

7. Scrub each wrist clasped in opposite hand

8. Rinse thoroughly under running water

9. Wipe and dry hands well with paper towel

10. Turn off water using paper towel
