I felt so sad when I learned that my aunt has a breast cancer. She had undergone chemo therapy and has regular check up from her family doctor. We hope and pray that she can recover and survive from that illnesses. It is very important for us to have proper check up. There are many different types of cancers today such as breast cancer, bone cancer, skin cancer, brain cancer, lung cancer and many more. There is also what we called Mesothelioma. It is an asbestos caused cancer of the membranes. If you have this kind of cancer is very hard to cure. That’s why we need to be strong and believe in God. Aside from doctors, God is the only one who can help us in times of crises and illnesses.

Again, if you have mesothelioma, ask help from an expert doctor for your proper treatment and recovery. With regards to legal matters, you can also ask help from a professional lawyer. So, don’t hesitate to contact them and always pray to God.

If you are newly wed, it is very hard to adjust especially to your likes and dislikes. Two of you are different persons that’s why you need to have patient and be humble. Respect and love are important to me. Be fair and don’t be selfish. There are many common problems for husband and wife. Like you want to get up early while your partner don’t like and wants to stay up late. Sometimes wife’s mood change faster and some husband can’t control their temper. Sometimes they don’t agree for foods to eat that leads to argument. Money also is one reason for argument. If both of you have no money, you easily get mad and irritated. It’s a big problem if you can’t control your anger. It is sad to know that there are many couple will end to separation or divorce. But I think it is more better to end than to continue without understanding and love.

My niece is very excited to go back to school this September. It’s the best time to meet her classmates and friends. She’s a very friendly girl and loves to mingle with friends. Since her parents are busy with their business so I volunteer myself to buy the school supplies and new clothes at the nearest mall. They are the best distributor water filter in our place. They have many customers this time so I know they are very tired after work. That’s why I help taking care of my niece and the little boy. They have two children; the eldest is 9 years old while the youngest is 9 months. As of now their water filter business is good and very successful.

Delicious Dinner

I was at the Indian restaurant yesterday and I love their foods. It’s very delicious and I eat a lot. We ordered chicken curry, lamb curry and I forgot the other one recipe. We have also rice that I forgot the name. It’s like a fried rice with spices on it. They are very friendly to customers. I said to myself that I will go there again next time. It’s a little bit far from my place but I love to eat there. It’s not expensive and so yummy. I think they have a good cook there. Thanks to the best foods and maybe during weekends we will go there again.

I never tried cigarettes in my whole life and I have no plan to try. I know it’s danger to my health. They said, once you use it you become addicted and it’s hard for you to stop. Aside from cigarettes, some people use cigars like my dad. I know there are many different kinds of cigars like baccarat cigars, acid cigars and many more. They say they like it because of the unique flavor and taste good. It’s my dad’s hobbies after work or even after eating. He likes cigars so much. It’s my dad happiness and my mother did not complain. She said that as long as my dad work hard and provides all our needs so there’s no problem about it.

Cold Season Is Near

Summer is about to end and welcome to the cold season. We need to prepare everything from coats, sweater and many more. I have many cold clothes from last year but I want to buy new stuffs. I think I will buy before the winter comes. I want a new winter coats and new thick clothes too. I am planning to go vacation this winter maybe in Asia part or maybe back home. It’s my mom my companion and we hope it will come true.

Lots Of Vegetables

Now that we have lots of tomatoes in our backyard, we always eat salad with tomatoes. I like it because it is fresh and healthy. I planted it last April and now there are many ripe tomatoes. I even ask my friend to come to my place and get tomatoes, eggplants and peppers in our backyard. There are lots of vegetables in our home. My mother always cook them and I love it so much. Aside from vegetables we have also fruits outside. Summer is really great for me. I wish it will never stop but we can not control the weather. It will really change and soon fall is coming.

Thanks a lot to Kristen who taught me how to operate the equipments in the gym. She helps me a lot and I appreciate her kindness. She is very friendly and approachable. I feel comfortable, relax and expert when it comes to operating equipments in the gym. It’s only 3 times I started to try good life fitness gym but I already learn to love it. It feels good to me after the gym. I decided to continue and concentrate with this. Even though I’m a little bit tired from work but I am inspired in going to gym. After work I immediately proceed to the gym before going home. Usually I stay there for 2 hours, enjoy a lot and have fun.

It was Saturday August 21st this year when I decided to register good life. It is one of the famous gym fitness in Ontario. It’s my friend Jenny who recommend me to the place. The reason why I enroll to gym because I really gain more weight this summer. It bothers me a lot and I’m worried about it. It is not advisable for me to gain more weight because of my hypertension. Even though I take medicine but still I need to be very careful with my health. I don’t want to gain more weight. My doctor advise me to lower my food intake but sometimes I can not control especially during gatherings, parties, barbecue time, picnic and many occasion. I hope this gym fitness will help me to reduce unwanted fats. I need to become sexy a little bit like before when I was a single and stay physically fit of course.
